How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are your art prints and textiles sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly materials. Our art is printed on FSC-certified paper, and we use sustainable fabrics and non-toxic dyes whenever possible to ensure a healthy home environment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Jetty Home ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
